We spend alot of our time studying options before we commit to construction. Below are a couple of examples of scribbles that are generated by our staff innumerable times every day to explore options before we firm up on a particular solution.

It was a great day for us on 12th March as we held our first ‘topping-off’ ceremony of the project for the Mall.  We hope to be able to bring you the same good news for the Office and the Condominiums later this year. Here are a couple of pictures of the event :

We received our first batch of escalators this month and are preparing to make the areas ready for installation in Q2.

We do not want to say much about the crisis as this has been well documented in the press. However we want everybody know that Gandaria City is alive and kicking. Although the effects of the crisis have been global and extensive, Pakuwon Group / Artisan Wahyu are proceeding with the project unabated, of course we have taken precautionary measures where appropriate to ensure that Gandaria City is well able to manage the new circumstances we find ourselves in. We look forward to completing the project successfully.
