Superblock Gandaria is positioned as a “one-stop lifestyle hub”; integrating retail, office, condominium and hotel in a single large scale development. Superblock Gandaria is to be built on a 75,085 square meters site which is strategically located near both the outer ring road that encircles Jakarta and the main road that connects South Jakarta with Northwest Jakarta .

The development will be targeted at middle to upper income consumers and, when completed, is planned to include:

A six storey retail shopping center offering approximately 500 retail units with a gross floor area of approximately 232,484 square meters and a leaseable area of approximately 88,071 square meters. Committed anchor retailers include Metro Department Store, which has committed to an 18,000 square meters retail space, Electronic & Digital Solution, Fitness First and Amazone family entertainment centre. Pre-leasing of the retail shopping centre commenced in early 2006 and as at June 30, 2006 more than 35.0% of available leaseable space had been committed;
 
A 32 storey office tower with a gross floor area of approximately 99,642 square meters and a saleable semi-gross area of approximately 55,592 square meters. All space in the office tower will be developed on a strata-title basis;
 
An internationally operated four-star hotel offering approximately 323 rooms with a gross floor area of approximately 39,152 square meters; and
 
2no. 32 storey high-rise condominium towers offering approximately 688 residential units with a gross floor area of approximately 119,567 square meters and a saleable semi-gross area of 72,765 square meters.
The total gross floor area of Superblock Gandaria is planned to be approximately 490,845 square meters. The development is also planned to include an approximately 4,971 space car park.
