Mall Ground Floor slab is almost complete. Office Tower due to reach Ground Floor by the end of the month. Condo Tower A will reach Ground Floor in April with Tower B following soon after

Award Of Main Contract
I am pleased to announce the Main Superstructure Contract for Gandaria City has been awarded to ACSET. They recently successfully completed Pacific Place and did a great job. We are expecting they will do the same for us. My warmest welcome to the ACSET team, some of whom are pictured below.

Condominium Progress
Recently the Condominium foundations were laid for Tower A. Adjacent excavations are well advanced for Tower B. Now that the Condo Tower crane is operational we expect to see the Condo basement carpark floorplates start to rise this month.
I am pleased for Condo Owners as the carpark design has recently been improved by relocating it in the basement making the driving experience more convenient and quicker. Currently we are on target for the Condominium programme.
