Progress Update 1st October 2007
The Bored Pile Foundation Work, was completed by PT Acset Indonusa in early September 2007. This Contractor is now working on finalizing ‘shotcrete’ slope stabilization works which is approx. 70% complete.
Excavation works are complete in the Mall and Office areas. Condominium excavation is underway by PT Jaya Teknik and expected to complete after Lebaran. This work includes backfilling of the basement perimeter retaining walls which will work closely in conjunction with the excavation.
Substructure Work is executed by PT Total Bangun Persada. They have completed over 50% of Mall and Office basement slabs. A big mass concrete pour for the raft slab which totaled 10,700m3 in the Office area was successfully achieved at the end of September.
Curretly several tenders are being called for various Direct Contracts. These include Tenders for the main Superstructure Contract.
