It was a great day for us on 12th March as we held our first ‘topping-off’ ceremony of the project for the Mall. We hope to be able to bring you the same good news for the Office and the Condominiums later this year. Here are a couple of pictures of the event :
We received our first batch of escalators this month and are preparing to make the areas ready for installation in Q2.

We do not want to say much about the crisis as this has been well documented in the press. However we want everybody know that Gandaria City is alive and kicking. Although the effects of the crisis have been global and extensive, Pakuwon Group / Artisan Wahyu are proceeding with the project unabated, of course we have taken precautionary measures where appropriate to ensure that Gandaria City is well able to manage the new circumstances we find ourselves in. We look forward to completing the project successfully.
Please see below a selection of site photos taken on 22 December showing significant progress since the last posting. Now that the towers have commenced in earnest you will see the office and condos climb very fast early next year.
